After waiting a long time to get an appointment to repair my car, Rich from service called to tell me they had some sick calls and was not sure if they would get to my car. He apologized and offered a few solutions that would make it easy for me to bring it back if need be. He called me again mid afternoon to tell me the mechanic brought my vehicle in and it needed a part that they wouldn’t be able to get to the morning, did I want to bring it back or could they keep it? I was able to secure my own transportation, so it was easier for everyone. Great service!”

“We have been using Cambridge Tire for at least 20 years for new tires and tire repairs. We have always found them to be reliable. They do not oversell their products. We have purchased many new tires there and found them to be fair when evaluating which tires to replace and which tire to purchase. We have been dealing with the same staff and have have rec'd many free tire patches. I believe their policy is to repair for free if it is a small repair-- it has happened several times. Recently a customer was picking up his car for some auto service. He was pleasantly surprised at the low bill. They had skipped one of his requests as they said his fluid was clean and didn't need to be changed. He was overjoyed at the surprise of a lower bill and the honesty of the staff.”
