My phone was hacked and infected with malware and all my financial information was at risk. Ana was able to get me a new phone at a discounted rate and also cleaned my watch which was infected as well for another discounted rate. Overall, the staff at this store are friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.

Outstanding customer service. Ravi managed to transfer everything from my old phone with the broken port. He saved all the pictures of my kid for the last 8 years. Great attitude. Great service. That's all I seem to get from Verizon. Ravi... well done!!!
