Everyone...while you may not be able to look through their racks, you can place an order and have it ready for you to pick up in a day or 2 depending on what you order. You CAN go inside the office and the friendly staff will assist you in whatever you may need. It is the same great stock as always!”
“The customer service is spot on! Greeted at the door with a cheerful hello, we headed to the garden center area. We must have looked perplexed, because we were immediately asked if we needed assistance from the general manager. My husband and I went in looking for an edge trimmer to deal with grass near gardens, but the trimmer we sought is no longer made. The GM walked us through our options and even opened a boxed battery-operated trimmer to show us the weight and ease of use. We were happy with the instructions he gave, and bought the trimmer. I have to say, it was our happiest landscaping purchase because to-date - the trimmer is safe, works great, and we got personalized instructions for it's use and maintenance. Well done!”
“I have frequented this harbor freight location for years now. Staff is usually very friendly and helpful but now with the addition of Ronald to the staff its that much better! He welcomes you when you walk in even if busy checking out another customer or doing something else. Makes the checkout process enjoyable with his upbeat attitude and conversation. “I went into Richmond Hardware today to find some mechanical bolts and nuts to replace the broken ones on my collapsible camping chair. I was met by the manager/owner(?) who paged an employee to assist me in selecting the proper length and width of the bolts and nuts. Matt examined the broken piece and selected a proper replacement bolt for each of the broken pieces. I thought that I would be spending my afternoon with pliers and a wrench. But to my surprise, Matt attached the bolts and tightened the nuts. I definitely recommend Richmond Hardware for their courteous employees and expert service. Thank you.”
