“I had a really good experience at IKEA in the Boston area and I’m giving it 5 stars. The store was huge and had a great selection of furniture, decorations, kitchen items, and pretty much anything you could need for your home. Everything was well organized, and even though the store is massive, it was fairly easy to find what I was looking for. The staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful whenever I had a question. I also liked being able to actually see the furniture set up in full rooms instead of just looking at pictures online, which makes choosing things much easier. The store can definitely get busy, so I’d recommend giving yourself enough time to properly look around. Overall, there’s not much I can complain about. Great selection, good service, and a genuinely enjoyable shopping experience. Easy 5 stars from me.”
