“I have always had trouble with blood draws - I faint quite often. Maggie and Ann were such professionals, and so kind when the inevitable happened. They were able to get what they needed even though it took much longer than it should have. Really appreciate this staff, especially those two ladies!”

“I came here to obtain a PCR test for travel and had a really pleasant experience. The woman who answered the phone most times (I believe her name was Ellen?) was so helpful and kind. The testing itself was seamless and I had my results within two hours or so. If I need to travel again I’ll most certainly be coming back.”

“I had as good of a time here as one can have getting blood work done lol. I am scared of needles, but the nurses are super nice and understanding. The lab gets your results back to you pretty quickly as well.”

“Great Quest location, the woman who works here is very nice and good at drawing blood, even for small hard-to-find veins. You can make an appt or do a walk-in, just register with the tablet in the office. For walk-ins there's an option to wait in your car or the lobby and get a text when it's your time for the appt which is a good feature.”

“No one likes to get stuck with a needle, but it is an important and necessary part of trying to stay healthy in your later years. I have never had a bad experience with Quest Labs. I have the app on my I Pad and I can schedule my appointment with a few clicks. The test results are available to me in a day or so, and the results go to my doctor electronically. The phlebotomists are very skilled and are always concerned about patient identity and confidentiality.”

“It depends on what location you go to. Some locations are very accommodating, I'm a fainter. Others rush you through and don't seem to care about the people they are serving.”

“I am a retired Air Force Medic here in Brockton due to family emergency. I’m in the process on embarking on a new Career with United Airlines and had to complete my drug test by today. I wanted to publicly give thanks to Ms Janet for listening to me and taking great care of me. She was friendly, compassionate, understanding and willing to go above and beyond on such short notice. Thank you Ms Janet and many blessing to you!!”

“Getting there was extremely easy, I was about 15 minutes late and the system gave me the option to reschedule my appointment for an hour later. I decided to wait in the waiting room and then the location was not very busy so the nurses performed the procedure well before I expected to wait. The place is very clean, organized and welcoming. Excellent customer service. My only complaint is that my Verizon internet service had connection issues inside the location.”

“I’ve seen 3 different doctors here over for the past 10 years and they’ve all been exceptional including their entire care team and staff.Dr. Diaz, Dr. Lee, and Dr. Driscoll as well as all the front desk staff and their lab staff have been amazingly kind and helpful and take their time to explain things to make sure you understand and I was also pleasantly surprised with their follow up calls to explain lab results that were taken elsewhere.Nothing but good things to say.”

“I just had the most amazing experience with Anne and Paulette at the Braintree location. They were kind, efficient and friendly. What a breath of fresh air in comparison to my experience in Quincy the day before! This will be the only location I use moving forward.”
