“They delivered a peloton tread+. They were quick and efficient, got everything set up quickly. Walked through the initial setup of the treadmill, cleaned up everything so not a single piece of packaging was left behind. Super nice delivery people.”

He was so gracious about then having to do a recall because the recipient wouldn’t accept it due to tariffs/taxes. So much time put in for me. “Hello, my name is Juan Carlos. I've been sending packages with this company since 2022. Everything that I have sent never got stolen. Everything always arrives on time and in good conditions as I send it. So, on this part, they are good and secure. But lastly, they've been doing something that I don't like it and I know that they do it in purpose so I be calling them and be behind them like begging them to send the receipt. That's very unprofesional and it doesn't look good on their part. This it happened a couple of times. And they tell me that they gonna send me the receipt and never send it on their own. They just send it after I call them a lot. But they do it in purpose. I don't recommend anymore this company.”

“I would like to give David at Ship it in Westwood 5 stars. Basically I had an appointment at 4:00 to get some documentation done. He took me right away and offered excellent customer service. He was also explaining to me what they do in the store. Definitely will go back to get some stuff done.”
“A package was routed to this location and I had to pick it up for a family member. Unfortunately there was an issue with the way it was labeled so it looked like I wouldn’t be able to receive it, but the staff and management team here helped me work through the logistics of getting it. They take fraud protection here very seriously, which we appreciated, and they checked my identification against their system and connected with the recipient of the package to ensure they could release it to me. While it took a few moments to process, we certainly would rather have them air on the side of caution. Overall, a good experience with professional staff.”
“Went to postal center to return a chair. The box was destroyed and Neil helped me get a new box, wrap and prepare my chair for return. Fantastic service that is not really found anymore. Thanks again Neil.

“My husband needed to drop off an international package, and the team there was super helpful getting all his customs documents and label together--so much so that he mentioned how nice everyone was when he got home.Fast forward to two days later, we cannot find my husband's bag, and we're back-tracking his day. Al at FedEx kindly and quickly assists us in tracing the bag's whereabouts. So helpful and above-and-beyond the kind of assistance I feel like we would've gotten anywhere else. “Kind of strange to be writing a review for the post office, but after reading the bad reviews for the Dedham post office, I went ahead and made my way to the Westwood post office.
I thought the woman behind the counter was extremely patient as I tried to figure out the best way to send my three different tax-related documents -– some that needed certified with return receipt, others that did not. Apparently the type of envelope that you buy can determine the way it’s mailed, and some envelopes end up costing more than others because of that.
In the end, I was able to get everything mailed, get the return receipts I needed, and she never made me feel rushed or stupid. It was also five minutes before closing time, so I give her a lot of kudos for that too.”
“This little post office is the absolute best. Sharon and Lawyer are knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful and incredible professionals. Readville is so lucky to have this resource.”

“This post office does not deliver mail. All other services only. Such as, but not limited to, all mailing out/packaging & shipping services, p.o. box rentals, supplies, etc. Great customer service. Never really a long wait unless a customer holds up the line for whatever reason.”
“Protect Dave at all costs! Today was my last day to bring my package to return an item to the post office [ i haven't been around] and i wasn't about to shove it into the box outside. He was already outside the building for a moment and he took the time to stop and answer my question. He wasn't rude or in a rush but the complete opposite. He doesn't know this but this is my first package i have ever sent out to return that wasnt Amazon and he took it and processed it for me to send out. This is above and beyond attitude. Thank you again Dave, you're a real one.”

“I went into the office because the customer service help line wasn’t at all helpful. I met Mara in the office and she was outstanding, she listened to the problem and got me in contact with a real person. That person managed to get me in contact with Nate at the Billerica office. He was again fantastic customer service at its best. Thanks everyone for the support”

“Didn't expect the professional knowlege the print shop provided me would be found at Staples. Perhaps, I got lucky , but an associate, whose name was Brooke, met me at the counter and walked through my needs , step by step , taking a real interest. I didn't know she had a graphic arts backround, but I certainly found out -- she was a real professional and combined her craft with good business acumen . She took lots of notes and asked lots of questions. My project rquired two separate applications -- at least 5-6 days , I thought . I couldn't forget, she worked in a busy print shop with various responsiblilties , not just my project. Well , I guessed wrong , in two days Brooke notified me , "come and get it ." My projects is not for publication right now , or I would show what a fantastic job she did. All I can say is, I couldn't have gone anywhere and have been more pleased.”

“I like this Staples location.It's convenient and has more than you might realize.It's a UPS drop off spot so I have been using that to return Amazon packages lately.They recently set up a 2 aisle kids area with educational games and some crafts. Much less crowded place to grab a kid gift than a toy store.The copy center is great if you can speak to a staffer in the store.I've had some issues of online print shop orders not getting to the store correctly.Got my new years postcards printed through Staples with no problems.Love the clearance shelves.The office supplies are a little higher priced than our online overlord that starts with an A but it's convenient to see what you need to look at sizing and to take it home that day.Didn't think I would be reviewing a Staples but they're great.”
“My mom sent a package for my son’s first birthday. The tracking showed it was delivered yesterday, but we never received it. I called the USPS Norwood branch today, and Justin answered the phone. He was extremely courteous and helpful, promising to look for the package and follow up with me. Within 15 minutes of my call, a USPS employee came to our mailbox and found the package! I was so impressed by their quick response. Thank you so much for your help — we have a very happy birthday boy now!”
“I think the "mean lady" is gone because I've been to this location several times in the last few months, and they are wonderful! When the line gets long, they apologize for the wait and are very nice and helpful. I find this location a lot better than the E Walpole and Randolph locations where I used to go. The two current employees I always see are quick, knowledgeable, and kind.”
“Same day pickup and ordering from the web totally eliminates wasted time "Looking" for something. When you get to the store, there is a dedicated line for the web orders and I was done in 2 minutes!”
