“I had a great experience at Maynard Motors with a UHAUL rental of a 9' van which was clean and well maintained. The people there were helpful and responsive, even though its not their prime business. The ONE weakness is U-Haul's online automation of smartphone check-in and check-out by smart phone. But Maynard Motor's people got me around it and made up for it. Their people are trustworthy. While I DID NOT get a hard copy receipt upon drop-off, I was told that I would get an email followup overnight, which is EXACTLY what happened and aligned within 15 cents. At drop-off, I ran into the person who rented me the vehicle. He asked how everything went. Also, in waiting, I got a good sense that they also run a really good garage with happy customers. I heard them deal honestly. I like these people and I hope your experience is as good as mine. They get 5 stars as their people got me around UHAUL's own online automation.”
“Arthur is the man!!! The guy is someone you want on any team. He's personable, friendly, kind, tolerant and goes OUT OF HIS WAY to help! Cannot say enough good here on reviews about him. “I've rented several different vehicles from Moran leasing and I've always had a positive experience. The vehicles are all brand new and clean and their customer service was great! Not to mention that their prices are the best around! I've never done business with Acton Toyota because I don't own a Toyota. The review that says "they only rent to customers of Acton Toyota" isn't true. If your in need of a rental vehicle, this is the place to go!”

“I recently had to rent a power washer, and I wanted to share that my experience dealing with Monnick/Marlborough Grand Rental was excellent. I have been taking my equipment to them to get serviced, as well as buy necessary hardware supplies. Often times we overlook the smaller stores and go to the big box stores (Lowes, Home Depot, etc). However, these guys are personable, friendly, willing to help, and they work with you to solve your problems. I will definitely go back here, and I do recommend them.”
“The owner is pretty darn cool, has a awesome corvette with a pretty cool trick he may show tell you about if you ask.The associates are awesome so shout out to James, dude was the biggest help with figuring out stuff for a big move.Everyone there was also friendly and not super serious which makes it hard to talk or ask questions.Definitely recommend for renting moving vans, clean and in-stock, clean area and well covered u-box loading area, the storage area is well ventilated but there aren't doors closing off areas incase of fires but they have good security and sprinklers. The drivable area is good so no pot holes and weird parking. The inside store has a lot of commonly purchased products which are over priced.”

He called other Budget dealers to find the proper equipment, while assisting other customers, nothing was found. Great guy!”

Stars if you're blind, I would not recommend U-Haul by any stretch of the imagination they are stealing credit card information by telling you your card is being declined when it is not because they want to double charge you and take your credit card information run away from this business oddly enough, he stores his U-Haul trucks at the most expensive gas station in Massachusetts BP powder Mill Road419 a gallon buddy really bull crap. Somebody should shut these guys down.”

I appreciate Will who was able to make my reservation over the phone after I had already made one but never received any type of confirmation. He was kind enough to call me back and confirm I was set to move in. He was even there the day of move in and made it quick and easy for us to get in and out. This is great customer service after seeing other UHAUL reviews.”

“Fantastic experience, first with the male employee who went out of his way to call me to make sure I didn't lose my reservation because I was over an hour late, then in person with the same very polite and personable male employee. (He told me his sister works there too so I am very glad their family is taking such good care of the U-Haul name and business.) Then when I returned the truck that evening a female employee assisted me who was equally polite, charming, and jovial (and an absolute knockout so, bonus points, but really it was her personality that sold the experience). I can without a doubt recommend this location to anyone looking for a truck, storage, and A+ effort all around. Thank you both for a positive experience!”

“We did a one-day uhaul van rental on a Sunday and this was an easy pickup and return location at Aubuchon Hardware. The van was in good condition. It was only half full of gas but we didn't need a full tank. No problems at all.”
