I visited the Verizon store at the Market Basket Plaza and didn't have to wait for assistance. Steven was working alone but was able to find the item I needed right away. After he took care of the transaction, he answered a few questions for me about my plan and future needs. I've always received professional service from the employees here, and they are always friendly, efficient, and helpful.

Excellent product knowledge. Extremely capable on an iPhone. Talks to you not at you. Does not talk over your head. Pleasant conversationalist. Head and shoulders over the atypical moron you tend to run into. Don’t let this one get away!!!!??

Nick was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t understand the way some of the deals work when getting a credit after buying a new phone, but he took the time to explain it to me so that I wasn’t confused by the time I left!
