Ask for Woo, he's the absolute best Verizon manager is the state. He helped optimize my monthly billing and helped me select the best upgrades for my family's phones and home internet. Best service I've ever experienced at a Verizon store and would highly recommend!

It's really a cheating in my case. Definiely you need to READ EVERY WORD BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING!I was told I could get a free apple watch during Thanksgiving promotion, no new line, no monthly fee, and I only need to pay the tax.They then start to charge me activation fee + monthly line fee + monthly device fee. I talked to the store and they didn't know anything about "free apple watch" and couldn't do anything, and then redirected me to Verizon.Verizon asked me to return the apple watch to the store, but this store said they don't accept the return for apple watch.Verizon finally said they will escalate, someone will reply me in 3~4 days but nothing happens then after 10 days.Fine. Nice done!

Pable was great but we made an appointment but the other person was too busy to chatting about cars to even acknowledge me. He ultimately talked over 30 mins to a customer about cars.Thank goodness for pablo

These guys must only be interested in selling new products and not at all interested in helping current customers who have been with Verizon for many many years. Don’t bother going in if you want assistance with a phone you already own (purchased at Verizon). Two guys sitting down, doing absolutely nothing, claimed they couldn’t help. Had zero customers in the store at the time. Wow.

I went to Verizon in Maynard today at the Market Basket plaza. I have to let all of you know how such amazing service I got from Woo the manager. Woo did soo much to get our phone purchases complete along with changing our service to Verizon. It took a lot more work due to our previous provider. If you want exceptional service go to VERIZON in Maynard, you will NOT be disappointed

Woo helped us switch over from AT&T to Verizon mobile and Comcast to Fios and he made the transition absolutely seamless. We decided to leave At&T due to horrible customer service and were blown away with how helpful, patient, and easy Woo made switching over. He helped us understand our options, quickly ordered our iPhone 15 pro max and helped set up our phones when they arrived. Woo is the best - highly recommend!
