“I went to the Sturbridge Verizon wireless store on Thursday and had a very positive experience. Derrick greeted me (and my boss) at the front door and checked us in. There was a very short wait, 2 minutes or so, and then Derrick was back to help us. We weren't there to buy new phones but had questions about moving our numbers to the company corporate account and what that would entail. While he couldn't actually do that for us, he was most helpful in providing us the information and assistance we needed. We left there feeling well informed. He had a great personality and an easy, friendly way about him. I would recommend anyone visiting the Sturbridge Verizon store to seek out Derrick as he is very knowledgeable and helpful.”
