“I’ve come here multiple times and they have always been extremely helpful. I came in yesterday after fighting with apple for three days to fix my phone and I was doubtful they’d be able to help. Ella immediately stepped in with so much kindness and patience. She had my phone fixed in 15 minutes and helped me with so many other little things I couldn’t figure out. Ella gave me exceptional service yesterday and I’m so grateful she could help me. I will form now on only go to this location and I am so Pleased with Ella!”
