terrible customer service in Sturbridge ma, waited over 45 minutes to get fish and the employees just walking around like I was invisible. When I asked for help the two people standing around talking claimed it wasn't their section and not their job. Rude won't shop here again

Need groomers who have experiences with all animals. I have seen too many animals getting abused and assaulted. Our best groomer is Wendy. The rest suck. I'm done with this place.

Groomers here are so friendly and attentive! My retriever, chiweenie and my Pomeranian all looked great when I picked them up... relaxed and happy. The grooming was exactly as I asked
