Our experience was exceptional from start to finish. They are competent and communicative, and the peace of mind I had the near-month she was there is truly beyond value. I've sent updates to Dr. Kirker-Head since Merry has come home and he has continued to guide us in the right direction as her recovery resumes. “We were fortunate to get a same day appointment for our older dog with Dr. Johnson. This was a great surprise! Once again our experience was terrific. Dr. Johnson’s demeanor calmed our very anxious and upset dog and he assessed her thoroughly yet quick. It was great to see her relax a bit while Dr. Johnson spoke with me about the health issue. I appreciated the couple of directions he offered with regard to choices in how to help her. He also respected decisions I made regarding her health and he listened to me. The front desk, veterinary techs, and the vet were fantastic. I have had difficulty scheduling appointments here recently and have had to bring dogs somewhere else. As mentioned previously it was a great surprise that in this situation, my dog was seen same day. I really want to support Sturbridge Vet.
