Courteous staff took a look at the wear on my old tires, actually didn’t pressure me to replace them (my mechanic had suggested I do so soon). Tires I wanted were on sale, and with sale price better than online tire stores.
(More than my wife paid for same tires at Sullivan 2 years ago, but that’s inflation…)

“I trust Tony and their work and pricing. Highly recommend. They have often stopped what they are doing to take a quick look when I have an issue which might be a safety issue, for example, today the bumper was hanging down on my daughter’s car and they fixed it same day at a reasonable price. I have brought multiple cars here for inspection over the years and this is the only place that has not tried to sell me unnecessary things during my inspection. I have one issue with my car and they told me the repair is very expensive and it isnt required to drive safely and so I opted not to do it. This is the kind of shop I trust. When our cars have had issues, I have told them my budget is limited, and they have given me options. I think the feedback on the service level from some reviewers may be due to cultural differences, but I personally trust Tony. He was recommended to me by a local realtor, and I also recommend them. Yes their prices for gas may be more expensive but their location is very convenient.”

“My wife's 2019 Prius only has 19,000 miles on it but the dealer claimed it needed a lot of work. I took it in for an inspection sticker, oil change, and tire rotation and they recommended another $1300 of work. Mark determined that the A/C refresh and brake fluid exchange were not needed. He explained why the rear brakes DID warrant replacement, due to rotor corrosion, and did so at 75% of what the dealer wanted.”
