“They are honest and know what they're doing.I had an issue with the infotainment and climate controls not working in the front that I couldn't figure out. The team at Swanson was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue quickly. It ended up being something super simple, but I needed the help to track down the problem, and I'm glad I took it to Swanson.
I originally took the car elsewhere, and was told at the other place I needed to spend thousands of dollars to replace a bunch of modules. I declined that and brought the car to Swanson instead. I'm glad I did and I will be back.”

“Today I drove from Dover NH down to Mcgovern to test drive a car I've always dreamed of owning, but I had never actually driven. I wasn't the ideal car customer. I just needed to know if I'd even like the car. Truth is I HATED it. I've been on 2 test drives in my life and they were both total disappointments. I dreaded dealing with the salesman ahead of time.
But my experience with their staff was not even a little like what I expected. They were friendly, encouraging, and took a real interest in me. That caught me off guard. My salesman Paoulo was super nice. He asked questions about me and shared his own candid stories about his life. He introduced me to the other members of the staff and only laid on the salesman jazz a little. I was comfortable and enjoyed my experience. Their sales manager was well dressed, knowledgeable, friendly, and tried to follow up with me to pinpoint what I might actually WANT in a car. I'm a tough customer and I expected to hate this dealership but instead I came here to encourage YOU to check them out. I think you too will walk away surprised. Thanks again McGovern.”

“I had a nail in my tire unfortunately I went to Patriot automotive down the street first the guy there was rude. I had called Acton gas and service before going there, he said come on over I'll take care of it very polite very nice. When I got there they were very busy they had people waiting he took me right away, it took him 5 minutes to fix the tire great price awesome service. I paid him $25 gave him a $5 tip, he was friendly and polite. I'm not from the area but I highly recommend this place. I was in town doing business. I live an hour away. I highly recommend this place.
