  I had a pressing issue recently related to a home sale closing and walked in with no appointment to to talk to a manager. Helen was so wonderful to work with - she was knowledgeable and pleasant and went over and above to save our closing date!   I've been using the Sudbury branch since Citizens closed its full-service counter at the Wayland Stop and Shop and I have never had a bad experience there. In fact, I find the people there exceptionally friendly and even fun to deal with. Admittedly, I have never used their ATM. But then, I have never used an ATM anywhere.

  Pretty annoying that you have to step into a branch to do a wire and sometimes there is one staff member out of 3 that can do it and that person is could be busy with a customer for a while.
