“I was hesitant to go to this branch due to the negative reviews from a while back. I had a positive experience. I had transactions that had to be done in person. The only reason I had to wait was because of the customer in front of me wanted something specific that took some time. I had questions about checking maintenance fees and only needed to wait about 10 minutes and got an honest answer about what I needed. Karen was very polite and helpful. There was only one teller so if you came during lunchtime and it was busy, I would assume there would be much more of a wait time.”
