When I arrived, the person at the front desk, Neusa, knew right where my garment was and made sure they were able to get the order done right away. Someone (I believe may have been the owner/manager) even offered to bring the items to my car since I was juggling a toddler. Very impressed with the customer service. The straps on it, were a unique stitching style which made it be difficult to be altered in the time frame I had. Linda took the time, and gave me honest suggestions to aid me to pin it. I do not know many tailors who would offer suggestions to aid in a situation where it couldn't be done. She helpped me, a novice to say the least, make it work in the time frame I had. I am grateful. Washers are $5 - $14, depending on size. The $14 ones hold 8 standard loads and only take 23 minutes. The machines use hot water if you want. The dryers, on their high heat setting, will dry even a large load of thick cotton rugs in 75 minutes for $3.75.”

“Drain on our washer clogged last night, and this was the only place open at 8pm where I could get the wet, half washed laundry finished. Found it clean and machines easy to use (bonus, it's all done with a smart card that you can load with a credit card or cash, no quarters required). Downside, no place to sit inside an wait and no public restroom. Still, I'd come back to wash bulky items or if our washer wasn't working.”
“There are so many great things to say about this place. First, the very kind man who works there realized a hem had come out of my pants before I did! It was fixed perfectly. Also this is the only place that doesn’t automatically front crease my pants, which has always been a problem. The sweaters I brought were pulled and had animal hair when I dropped them off and were as good as new when I picked them up. Finally, this place has very fair prices. I am never going anywhere else!”
