Walid, the associate who assisted me over a period of two days, is knowledgable, patient, and personable. He walked me through each process with great detail and addressed and answered all the concerns and questions I had. He assisted me at every level with set up for a new phone and for internet service for my home, and I left the store with great satisfaction. Walid is an incredible asset to the Sudbury store and should be recognized for the complete customer service he provides. Plus, he is just a really good guy. Thank you, Walid!”
