Had an awful experience in a different Verizon store a few days earlier in the next town over where they tried to get my wife to buy a brand new phone rather than the one we had (including trying to make her think the one we had, a Pixel 4, was "too old" to get activated). I understand these stores can be hit or miss in terms of pushiness and competence, but kudos to this one for having someone with integrity.”
