“I was having trouble with unrecognized disk, and I did everything from updating the console to rebuilding the database, to trying to replace the disk drive myself. Nothing. When giving them my console I came back to it being fully repaired and being able to read the disk. I am very satisfied and very excited to be able to play my game.”

My phone wouldn't start up and I was in Western Mass and I didn't have GPS or any way to access the internet or communicate with anybody (it's amazing how much we rely on our phones these days!) “I just switched from T-Mobile to the BOOST Mobile Store in Marlborough. Luis was very helpful in doing my transfer. I was having difficulty as T-Mobile stopped sending me my bill & wanted me to pay over the phone. When I joined initially they told me they accepted personal checks but recently said they were stopping & refused to send me my tangible bill. I told them my identity had been stolen that way before & I wouldn’t do it & they said they “understood” but insisted I had to pay by phone anyway! Well, no I don’t!
Now I can go into the BOOST store each month & pay less than half of what T-Mobile charged me at my convenience. Thank you Luis!”

“I think this will be help full for the public Consumers to know, there is someone name Angel Rivera, that commented about the service at Boost Mobile Store, but it happen that, i was in the Store wen Rivera came in with another guy to Ask for an account number,... that belong to another personso the lady told him to call customer services,... he stared arguing withher the owner, and he was telling the customers that Boost is not good, he also said that he works for Boost before and said others negative about it, and now he work for Cricket he said....so, what i see is he is taking the customers from Boost mobile and Switch them to Cricket and he also go to boost m Store nearby and get the Account number of the customer, so i want to put that out there for the public to know, because what he is doing is wrong and using private information from Consumer by going to the Store to get that info from other people, I have Boost Service for a few years now and work perfect for me with no problem!”
