“I had such a great experience with Oscar's moving. They were professional but kind and put me at ease. It took a bit longer than I anticipated but I would suggest them to anyone who has a move coming up. If your furniture and personal items are not properly wrapped, they have all the fixings to wrap them for you. But we aware, you will be paying for those materials, so I would suggest doing as much packing/wrapping yourselves to save some money.”

“Facility is immaculately clean, convenient, and friendly. And they have extremely competitive pricing! If I weren't moving away, I would keep using their location, but sadly, I will be too far away.”
“The facility is extremely well located, literally at the crossroads of Rt 2 and 495, and is easy to get in and out of. Plenty of parking. The front door has a concrete loading dock at a height that works with large vans and passenger cars alike, and is very well lit. The site is monitored by webcams, and you can get in using your smartphone (7 days a week, 6am to 10pm). Inside, it is clean, dry, well lit, and the units are easy to access thru the wide hallways using dollies and handtrucks provided by the facility. The units have security screens on top, but are otherwise open to the ceiling. The doors to the units are extremely sturdy/heavy, as are the hinges and latches. They offer a decent selection of unit sizes, most of which do not have direct external doors (a huge plus, as this is more secure and pest-and-weather-resistant), though they do offer a few large units with outside-facing garage doors. The new owners are very friendly and available if you need help with anything, even by phone (who does that these days?). And, the rental rates are very competitive, especially given how convenient the location is.”

After some horrific experiences with other businesses around the area the third time proved to be the charm. My wife and I put a deposit on a unit over the computer at public storage in Westford. When we showed up they wanted a list of what items we were going to store. We said no they said we couldn't rent there. Next stop was sav-space in Littleton where we were greeted by an a man looking as if he was just paroled. This greeter didn't know anything, his words, he was just there to keep people there until the owner made her way down. We left there quickly. Arrived at main st mini storage where Marcia, pretty sure that's her name, took wonderful care of us. Showed us bigger units than the other places suggested in our price range with a smile and information to answer any questions. When we started moving things in we got to meet Kate who carried along the torch of professional and courteous care.”

“How do you review a storage place? Don't they just store stuff? Well, yes, they do but having recently rented a storage locker for my kids in a different state, there IS a difference. First, 126 is secure, well-lit and makes me perfectly comfortable come nightfall. The spaces are immaculate - the unit, the hallways, the driveways, etc. And, while we have been renting for over 10 years, they know and remember me by sight and are extraordinarily pleasant on the phone or when I wander in to the office. I understand that I am paying you for a service, but you guys deliver it wonderfully so I'll say thank you.

“Extremely responsive and excellent customer service. I have a very tight driveway and VODS came over immediately to review the layout and the possibility of bringing us a storage unit. When they delivered the unit, they were extremely careful and cautious and positioned the storage unit perfectly. And when I asked them to come pick up the unit, they were incredibly responsive. My experience with VODS has been pretty amazing.”
