“Monro Brake and Tire in Stoughton MA gets a lot of deliveries by truck. I have yet to meet a more professional, outgoing and engaging driver as David Medina out of Southborough Ma Depot. It is no surprise that one of my customers who gets shipments from David knew him by name when he saw him at my store. Initially I was perplexed on how David was going to get my delivery off his truck but quickly realized through his cool calm and collect demeanor that all I needed to do is watch him work his magic. I look forward to the next time I have the pleasure of getting another delivery from David and UPS.”

“My recent customer service experience with the tech department at the Natick store was so exceptional it prompted me to write. Having my work computer unexpectedly crash I was frazzled when I arrived at the tech help desk. Jeff was very patient giving me quite a bit of time trying to get my computer to reboot. We were only able to partially bring it back to life, but he was able to back up my files, which was a major relief. Needing an immediate solution to be able to get back to work, Jeff helped me find the best deal on replacement computer to meet my needs, and overnight had it set up with all my programs and files transferred over. Thomas, the dept. manager, also helped troubleshoot my old computer and suggested it may be covered under the insurance I had purchase over three years ago. To my surprise it is covered! Thomas helped me communicate with the insurance company, printed out the necessary paperwork and shipping label, and packaged up and mailed back my old computer for either repair or full replacement cost. When I mentioned my subscription to McAfee had just renewed last month he jumped on the phone to make sure I would receive full reimbursement. I have had a long running problem with my Staples Rewards account, having tried a couple of times in the past to get it corrected, without success. He made some calls on my behalf and got it straightened out without me having to do a thing. I have since returned to the store for help setting some things up on my new computer and Thomas got it up and running in no time and at no cost. My experience felt more like the personalized care I would expect from a mom and pop size store but certainly not a big box type store. My only concern is that should I need them again in the future, they will no longer be there. I hope Staples realizes what they have and are able to retain them.”

On rainy days, they would always secure packages that don't fit in our mailbox in a plastic bag. Recently when a piece of oversized package didn't fit in the bag, Ed carried it all the way down the driveway to our house. Thank you, the Dover USPS team!”

“Parking can be a pain if you try to get there on a Saturday, but the staff is always nice and there's usually more than one clerk which makes a HUGE difference when they are busy. If you collect stamps, they usually have a good selection in stock. Take a look at the 1941 "WPA" mural, vintage PO boxes, etc.”

“I went to staples online to find a printer and after comparing prices with Amazon I found that the pricing was pretty much the same at both places except that Staples offered a $15.00 discount for buying online and picking up at the store . I'm always up for saving money so I went for it! I hadn't been to Staples for years and couldn't remember if I was a rewards member so I gave my phone number and low and behold I was. Come to also find out that after purchasing the printer I had earned $25.00 's in rewards because my rewards didn't expire so in total I saved $35.00's plus the printer was on sale for 62% off . Now I'm happy until I get home and the printer malfunctioned right out of the box. Luckily I had purchased the four year protection plan that has great technical service that was right there with me helping with the setup over the phone and after 30 minutes the technician came to the conclusion that the printer was defective and told me to take it back to the store and get a replacement. I arrived at the store and Steve who is the head technician at the store was very polite and helpful. I had brought the last printer that they had so he called the closest store,which was unfortunately for me nine miles away in Burlington and asked them to put one aside for me for pick up. The printer was waiting for me and was exchanged, no questions asked and no problems. I can blame Staples for the issue with the printer because they don't make them they just sell them. All said and done the new, new printer works great and so far I'm a happy customer but it would be nice if hp had better quality control.”

“this place is the best. my experience has all the makings for a ups store commercial. my family rented a house on nantucket for august and when we left the house we left four boxes on the front porch for ups to pick up after the labor day holiday. apparently the boxes weren't labeled properly so the ups driver wouldn't take the boxes - and there was no way for me to get new labels on the boxes as i was already off-island. oh - and there was a hurricane bearing down on nantucket - the wind and rain from which would have surely destroyed our boxes sitting outside. but the ups store in nantucket saved the day. the owner of the store (literally!) got in his car and drove over to our rental house to pick up our boxes and bring them back to his store to keep them safe until the UPS driver could pick them up on monday. this place is everything that you want your local UPS store to be - while never expecting them to actually be THIS GOOD.”

“We had a Sat 930 appointment for a new passport application. Upon arriving around 9:15 the previous party was just about done and the lady at the passport station started with us maybe 10 min before the appointment time.The whole process was very quick as we had prepared everything up ahead but I’m very satisfied on how efficient and courteous she was definitely not the typical aloof attitude I’ve experienced with USPS. She ended up helping me with my renewal application too and we got both done maybe under 20 min.If all my appointments could be like this I would definitely be a much happier person lol. Highly recommended here for your passport needs.”

“I had the most wonderful experience at this Natick location. There was 2 very helpful women working the counter as I came in for my passport appointment. I had tried to go to the Framingham office and was treated horribly, this was the exact opposite and I’m truly grateful for the incredible service by both these woman. I watched them work and they were so kind and upbeat to everyone. Complete opposite of rte 30 Framingham one. They are perfect examples of incredible customer service. I was grateful to have their help! Good work deserves recognition ❤️”
