“I went here to have batteries replaced in 2 of my watches. I was quoted 19.95 for one watch and $29.95 for the other. This seemed a bit pricey compared to what I've paid in the past, but the fact that they said they could do the work in 30 minutes made it worth it to me. Previously, I went to a jeweler where you had to leave the watches for a few days and then come back to pick them up. For a battery replacement this seems absurd, so I checked out Time Square in the Natick Mall, paid a bit more than in the past, but got great service.”

It took 23 weeks, from May 4th to October 17th, 2024 (nearly six months from when Tracy first set up my profile), to secure this beautiful piece. The best part? I got my dream Datejust on my first try, despite having no prior purchase history at the store. Tracy was incredible throughout the process, staying in touch regularly via emails and showing amazing patience.
The photo I’m sharing doesn’t do it justice—this Datejust is even more spectacular in person. You can only capture about 2% of its beauty on screen, but holding it gives you the full experience.
My wife and our 5-year-old son, Aahid, also enjoyed exploring the jewelry collection and loved the Lego-built Eiffel Tower at the store. We have a large circle of family, friends, and work colleagues here in Boston, and I’ll wholeheartedly recommend Date & Time to them for any Rolex or jewelry needs.
