“Hello all watch lovers! From the moment I brought my Rolex into WATCHES ETC.until the time I picked it up I could tell my watch was in good hands. Tommy, the woman at the counter was friendly and professional and also Leonid the watchmaker, who came from out back made me feel comfortable about the whole procedure. After 41 yrs. of wearing this Rolex and maybe only getting it cleaned twice I didn't know what to expect. I received a call 2 days later, with not an estimate but the actual detailed price of what the watch needed.....Very reasonable price and very courteous to say the least..with a nice warranty on work also! I highly recommend WATCHES ETC.!”
