“All of the workers at The Turners Falls Post Office are very warm, welcoming, and inviting. They are always quick to help and are always very friendly. My 8 year old loves Tom and the others, they always offer her coloring pages to color and return back to hang up in the post office which is very sweet! I appreciate they’re great customer service!”

“Idk where all of these negative reviews are coming from. I sent multiple packages a week and the staff are always lovely to me. Even when I had a false delivery, the kind man in the back spoke to me on the phone, talked me through it. Called me back AND explained everything to me in person. Weird. Love this place.”
“If stamp collecting is your thing, than this is the post office for you! They have an excellent selection of current stamps, and a decent group of slightly older stamps. If you're looking for a specific newly released stamp, and other area post offices are already out of it, try the Florence Post Office.”

“Love this place! It's amazing to me, from standing in line, how few people have a clue...no homework, no preparedness...and they get angry...for reasons that reflect poorly on their preparation. Sure, the main guy can be taciturn at times, but honestly...does he need to put on a charm offensive...I think not...The people I see whining/wingeing are likely on a computer a lot...so do you hw...I've never had a problem.”

Haven't personally used many of the available UPS services (notary, mailbox, copying/printing), but they seem to be quite comprehensive with what they offer! (Have primarily opted for the access point pickup option, and have also shipped a few things. Always a very positive experience, though!) But, have - on occasion - interacted with other customers while there, and have heard the other services offered here are very well handled!
All in all, a highly recommended location!”
