“I recently purchased a new refrigerator at Percy's, working with Rick Medeiros. Rick was great in every aspect of the process. The delivery process was also outstanding, with the guys installing the new fridge and removing the old one. For my next major appliance purchase, I plan to repeat this process as it was fantastic overall.”
“Showed up today at 4:30 pm with some reefer issues and they met me at my truck. Dropper trailer in front of bays and they got to work .
They replaced a part and cleared my codes and I was fixed and rolling in 45 minutes.
Best experience at a thermoking so far
Lot is big enough to do turn around in with trailer just be mindful of the garbage truck traffic from the building next door.

“Pete (the owner) is absolutely wonderful. He took his time to explain every appliance model. We bought a washer , dryer , gas range and dehumidifier and he gave us a great deal. He also gave us 500 in store credit for electric range (came with our home). I love the small business mentality! Wonderful experience!!”

“This rating is for the staff that work at Lowes in Worcester, MA. The Lowes company need improvement when it comes to how they want managers to handle their third party deliveries. That said, the staff that works at the Worcester store are terrific. After we had been bumped from the appointed delivery day, Jeremiah not only came through with a solid delivery time (that required talking directly to the person making the delivery) but also substituted a better quality product for us when he noticed that one item was no longer in stock. Jeremiah also called me three hours after the delivery was supposed to be made just to make sure the job was completed and done well. Bravo, Jeremiah. Berenice, a clerk at the Pro Shop entrance, was extremely helpful directing me to were to go and who to speak with. She also noticed I was quite stressed, turned to me and asked, "Do you need a hug?" Her hug made me smile and helped turn my day around. Thank you Berenice!”

The staff are helpful and know their stuff. The store is clean with no obstruction but some aisles are narrow.
Cost and quality is great. The timing to get in and out of the store with everything I need is excellent.”
“I had an amazing experience with Aaron’s from start to finish. Sebastian was the first person who helped me, and he was absolutely incredible — knowledgeable, patient, and worked with me to get a great deal on the couch I chose. Delivery was fast, and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything fit through my doorway, even with the tight space and tricky angles.
I also want to highlight Joe, the general manager, who assisted me today. He was extremely pleasant, professional, and helpful while processing my return. He made everything simple and stress-free, and I truly appreciated how understanding he was.
Overall, this location has excellent customer service, honest communication, and a team that genuinely cares. I would absolutely recommend them!”

“At first I was told by another associate in rentals the gas chain saw was available. We arrived and it was not available. We then communicated with Jeff instead and he found a solution for us. He spent a long time explaining how to use a battery pack chainsaw. We had a problem, brought it back he adjusted it for us right away. He is very knowledgeable and I couldn't ask for better customer service to fix the situation.”
