“Showed up today at 4:30 pm with some reefer issues and they met me at my truck. Dropper trailer in front of bays and they got to work . They replaced a part and cleared my codes and I was fixed and rolling in 45 minutes. Best experience at a thermoking so far Lot is big enough to do turn around in with trailer just be mindful of the garbage truck traffic from the building next door. Thanks guys”

“At first I was told by another associate in rentals the gas chain saw was available. We arrived and it was not available. We then communicated with Jeff instead and he found a solution for us. He spent a long time explaining how to use a battery pack chainsaw. We had a problem, brought it back he adjusted it for us right away. He is very knowledgeable and I couldn't ask for better customer service to fix the situation.”

“This HD seems to be well stocked most of the time. For whatever reason I find the store set up to be different than any other HDs I usually go to. So far I haven't found overly friendly or helpful staff but I'm new to the area and I've only been in here a few times. Customer service seems friendly enough. Update! The staff here are always very friendly and helpful especially customer service/returns/pickup.”
