From our very first interaction — before I ever set foot in the dealership — Eric went above and beyond. He sent me videos of the car and even took the time to record measurements of the trunk space to answer my questions. He never made me feel rushed or like I was bothering him, and his genuine desire to help me find the right fit (rather than just close a sale) was evident throughout.
When I arrived in person, the experience was exactly the same: warm, patient, and thoughtful. Without me even having to ask, Eric suggested pulling the Defender up next to my current car so I could compare them side by side. “These guys are so kind and helpful! I pulled in there because I had an issue with my car where the sunroof glass randomly exploded into pieces due to a manufacturing defect. I pulled into their shop simply asking if I could leave my car in their parking lot, because me and my wife were on the way to an NHL game at TD garden and we now needed to take an Uber bc my car wasn't safe to drive. They not only allowed me to leave my car in their parking lot until later that night, the owner also offered to cover the broken window with crash wrap for no charge!
