“Robert from Mavis tire in Everette was absolutely fantastic. He was able to get me in quick and easy. We discussed a couple options for patching my tire and we eventually settled on a patch on the inside of the tire. Robert even went the extra mile and put a layer of rubber cement to really ensure no air leaks out. I also just want to put it out there that was denied service by 4 other tire places before I called Robert. I understand places maybe busy and full but I called these places 1 hour and 30 minutes before they closed and most of the places told me they were all done for the day and would not help. Hats off to Robert for getting me back in service and ready to roll for 7am the next day.”

“Took my Corvette to Herb Chambers 3 times for the engine misfiring..After the 3rd visit they told me it was the transmission and to take it to a transmission mechanic in Wakefield. Within 1 hr the transmission place told me it was fine. Took it to essex County auto repair. They did a tune up in one day. Car runs like new and they did it at a excellent price. The dealership should be embarrassed,they couldn't fix the car. They had it for 3 weeks.. can't say enough about essex, thank u for fixing my car.”

“Moving to Lynn meant we needed to find an auto repair shop we could trust. We shopped around and finally found Larson's. This is a woman owned and run business that is thorough, organized and affordable. Their goal is to make sure you receive the service you need to keep your car in top notch condition.
I brought my Honda here last week. After they did their review of the car, they recommended a few items that needed to be done. I agreed to have them do the work which included some outsourcing of part of the exhaust system.
The repairs were done on time and for the price quoted.
Driving home I got a warning light, so I called and they said bring it back tomorrow. I did and they determined two items needed to be fixed which may have been related to the repairs or maybe not.
Diane, the owner said that they were covering the cost to repair as it was possibly related to the other work done! I was so happy she did this and I was so astounded I don't think I thanked her enough. If you need your car serviced do not hesitate to use Larsons's. They have me as a customer for life after the way they treated me.”

“I have always valued their honesty above all! Following a standard maintenance visit my car dealer informed me I needed two new tires - one had a nail in it. They would take care of it then. I refused. Went to Hogan - they inspected, did test drive and said tires were fine. I have been a customer ever since. My experience with dealership was not my first nor will it be my last where ageism rears its ugly head. I am a 75 year old widow, gray hair, 4’10” and apparently that profile can be interpreted differently by others. I have no need to share the times I took on daunting challenges and won. Hogan Tire treats every customer with respect and transparency!”

“I've parked at this location several times when traveling in and out of Logan airport. The arrangement that they have with the local taxi company, Patriot, works perfectly. Each and every time the drivers between Broadway motor and the airport have been early to pick up! The pricing is cheaper than any other short or long-term parking in the area in the flat rate to the airport with the taxi company makes it the best deal around. They will come in pick you up and drop you off at any hour of the day or night And you do not have to go to Logan's shared parking lot. The taxi is able to pick you up right at the door of your terminal. I would give Broadway motor service five stars anytime and will certainly use them again and again.”

“I drove my company’s Mercedes Sprinter van all the way from North Carolina and it started having issues and wouldn’t start. I got it towed to Ryal Side and the guys were able to identify that the wrong battery was put into the van.
Turns out it needed a gel battery as opposed to a regular one, and they went out of their way to go pick the new battery up and get me up and running as fast as possible. Very much appreciated!!”

“Three off us ladies were traveling in a rental car from out of state when our car started making a scary noise. We just happened to be in front of Sullivan tire and auto in Peabody so we pulled into the parking lot. The wonderful amazing guy named Drew came out and helped diagnose the problem. We needed a tow but the guys invited us in to call roadside, charge our phones, gave us coffee. I was in a very stressful situation I’d never been in before far from home but Drew made me feel like my dad was there helping us out. You are so lucky to have him. What a nice bunch of guys and a great business. Their sign says something about treating customers like family. It’s very true. Spend your money here!”
