We just happened to be in front of Sullivan tire and auto in Peabody so we pulled into the parking lot. The wonderful amazing guy named Drew came out and helped diagnose the problem. We needed a tow but the guys invited us in to call roadside, charge our phones, gave us coffee. I was in a very stressful situation I’d never been in before far from home but Drew made me feel like my dad was there helping us out. You are so lucky to have him.
