“I worked mostly with Kiel, but also with Joe, and both were exceptional. They were super-patient and never rushed me to make hasty decisions for my big purchases. They were also super-helpful in terms of the logistics (Will this fit in my room? What are the correct measurements? How will I pay for this?). Both really knew their stuff. Best of all, there was NO obnoxious sales pressure. To compare, I had also browsed at Raymour & Flannigan and was swarmed by a sales guy as soon as I walked through the door. He hovered like a shadow while I looked around, which made me uncomfortable and it was awkward. He even directly asked me, "So you want this?" referring to a pricey couch even though I expressed zero interest in purchasing at that time. None of this happened at Cardi's which is why they got the sale. Lastly, the delivery guys Keith and Dominic worked a few miracles squeezing the new furniture into my narrow doorways!”

“Lisa (manager) was great helping us set up to have someone install a new liner on ourc12 year old pool. When we needed a part that was not in stock once again Lisa was able to order one for us and have it delivered asap.”
