“I can’t complain great spot great location and super friendly, one thing I definitely will agree from past reviews here is the water quality & it’s dated back to 4yrs ago & water is still brown so idk what’s the deal with that but I went to Walmart to buy gallons of water for me & my partner to bathe due to the water being brown & it’s nasty to shower in. So yeah that’s why I gave it a 4 star review but other than the water this place is very nice clean & friendly staff”

“Great place. I went there because I was having surgery about 15 minutes away. They were wonderful. And had me on the 1st floor right Next to the door so I didn't have to walk. So far, which was hard to do.GINNY was the best answer so helpful also, their mattress and bedding was so phenomenal. I went on their website and I purchased the mattress and some other bedding that should be delivered in about three weeks to my house. Also when I got to the room,”

“I stay here several days per week for work and am always impressed with the cleanliness and quality of this hotel. The website pictures accurately show the rooms. The owner , Sam, is hands on, attentive and always making updates to the building and rooms. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly and go the extra mile. The rooms are well appointed and clean and quiet; Amenities are great, indoor pool is huge and spotless , breakfast has many hot and cold options. 24 hour coffee / tea machine. A++++”

“The workers at the Hampton inn were so nice and they have a 5 star pool and the service was great and the location was a luxury hotel and the view was really great. And I just want to say thanks to all the staff and workers.”

“Ok, first of all, this is basically a Residence Inn. The rooms are modern, clean, beautiful and VERY well furnished. It has a full kitchen (set, point, match). I'm actually a little bit upset at myself for going out to eat and violating my diet when clearly I didn't have to. The room has a full kitchen.
Bed is perfect. There's a desk that is just right for getting work done. There's a little sofa with chaise. There's a closet with storage and shelf space. I could not be any happier with the accomodations here. This hotel is not the closest hotel to my destination, but I absolutely WILL be staying here again.

“It’s a Motel 6 so it isn’t fancy, but the bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean, if a little tired looking. The gentleman at the front desk was lovely — very friendly and helpful with explaining how to get to my room. The location is also great. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping, right near 195, and an affordable option if you’re going to Seekonk Speedway or want to be near Providence but avoid the more expensive hotel prices in the city. I would stay here again for sure.”

“My daughter and I have stayed at this hotel every Fourth of July for the past four years, we will be there this year as well and it has truly become one of our favorite traditions. Every single stay has been amazing. The river view is beautiful, especially around the holiday, and the atmosphere is always relaxing and welcoming.
The hotel has everything you could need — clean, comfortable rooms, a gym, washer and dryer access, snack machines, and even restaurants nearby, which makes the stay so convenient. One of our favorite parts is the pool, and we absolutely love that they allow later swim times when they can. It makes the experience feel even more special and fun.
The staff here are incredible — always friendly, attentive, and accommodating. They have never given me any issues about bringing my service dog, which means so much to me and makes our stays stress-free and comfortable every year.
There’s also a nearby park that adds to the experience and gives us even more to enjoy during our trip. We always have such a wonderful time here that we never want to leave when it’s time to go home.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, welcoming place to stay with great amenities and amazing staff. We already look forward to coming back every year!

Please don't listen to the negative reviews. It's always clean in the hotel.They always do their best to keep up on everything and have housekeepers and maintenance people working at all hours. I have never had an issue with my service dog. As long as you provide the proper documentation , they do not bother you. They would not kick somebody out on the street for having a service dog. Maybe not having the appropriate paperwork , but not for having the dog itself. There is a fee if you don't have a service dog.”

“This is where I currently reside. Absolutely love it here, comes with amazing features. Being on the other side of the bridge stinks for traffic reasons, but I'll make that accommodation for the luxuries I have here, for a university campus.”

“Best place to get stranded in a blizzard (ask me how I know…). Vincent and his team went above and beyond to make our stay during the Blizzard of 2026 unforgettable and - dare I say - fun. Our rooms were perfect, the hotel was spotless, and they were wonderful hosts. All the charm of a small town inn, but a really elevated experience that lets you know you’re somewhere special. I’ve stayed here many times - amazing coffee right next door, and the world’s greatest bagels a few steps beyond. With gorgeous waterfront views, every season here is perfection. I’ll return again and again. Would give it 10 stars if I could.”
