“Good afternoon, I wanted to share that Jacob Dunham out of the Verizon sales office located at 728 Gar Highway in Swansea, MA was the BEST experience we have had. We stopped going to that sales office about 3 years ago due to poor service from 2 gentlemen who are no longer employed there. We were hesitant to go, but are we glad we did. We walked away with 4 new cells, 4 cell cases, 2 magnet wallet attachments, 4 clear glass screen protectors, and honestly, if it weren't already 9:18 p.m. we would've kept purchasing items as Jacob was that attentive. EXCELLENT. There was another rep and the store manager there that were also incredibly helpful. The store manager was about to leave when we walked in and stayed to ensure Jacob was supported and that we were happy. Great job with staffing that stores with professional sales representatives!!! We almost left Verizon (check our account - you'll see), but they turned that around. It was past closing and Jacob didn't flinch and offered to meet my husband back at the store today to finish transferring the data from my cell to the new one!
