“For someone unknown reason, my wife lost her email ability on her Apple 15 phone. No one could seem to fix it. Several people tried, including the Xfinity store in Fall River, who were not very nice about the whole situation.
So today she went back to the Verizon store in Swansea, where she purchased the phone. The sales person that we have worked with over the years, Justin, had it fixed in a couple of minutes.
We give a very high rating to the store and Justin our sales person who has helped us with other issues in the past. He is very knowledgeable and the best!”

my phone abruptly died and wouldn't turn. I went to the store approx 730 pm Brenin made sure I was taken care of and never once made me feel he was in a rush to close up by 8..however he stayed open till 930 to make sure my new phone was properly working..ty u soo much..great service he went beyond and above to accommodate me..excellent service”
