“I have to give a shout out to the manager of this branch office, Victor, and two of his employees, Mike and Ken. In my experience, these three men will go that extra step (and with courtesy and a smile) to help you out if you have any problems with your mail carrier and/or delivery. I have no worries should I incur another postal issue with them being stationed at this branch office of the USPS. Thank you all.”

It's ridiculous that USPS only puts a general number when our questions are obviously quick and for the local office, i.e. checking that the package is actually there for pickup.”

He used to service me when he was at the F.R Branch close to Eastern Ave across from the high rise.
After all you don't go to the post office to socialize with the tall Guy.

“I don't know why all these bad reviews. I'm handicapped in a wheelchair and the staff here has always been very helpful. Always have a pen that I can use, also in the back there's 2 tables both of which have pens. Never had an issue getting a money order always have them. Great customer service at least with me.”
“You cannot just give a return parcel/package to the mail carrier for returns anymore. You have to go online to USPS and reserve a day for pickup. Pretty easy to do and usually its next day pickup. They also email you to tell you that your package was picked up. There's several pickup options like requesting the mail carrier knock on your door.”
“Everyone at this branch is the nicest. Always smiling and asking how they help. Our regular Carrier, Kathy who does Purchase st. is always so pleasant. Knocks on the door if the box is too big and always follows up with certified or registered mail the next day. We get 5 star service here. Thank you everyone.”
“I don’t know the delivery man’s name but he went above and beyond to deliver 3 boxes of heavy books to my upstairs door. He even put them inside my door when I greeted hm . I live on Anthony Rd , Portsmouth. I told him he deserves 5 stars so here it is and again thank you so much!”
