Everyone knew what they were doing, they were helpful and attentive, it was clean, the equipment we wanted that was listed on the website was actually available. The price was as quoted, we were able to get in and out quickly. This is how all facilities should be.”

“Hello. Long time customer of different locations, first time using the app and the cape rd . Location in Taunton. The facility was spotless and very organized. I can not say enough positive things about the uhaul employee who was working behind the counter when I walked in . He was unbelievably professional in his appearance and his actions. He treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. He was also incredibly, friendly, polite and all and all was actually a pleasure meeting him . My only regret was that I didn't catch his name. Whoever was the employee working behind the counter yesterday between 11am to 3pm (the times I was there for pickup and drop off) was incredible. I truly can't say enough positive things about my entire experience from start to finish dealing with that particular employee and the 35 Cape rd location in Taunton. Thankyou for making my entire experience a fantastic one. I will undoubtedly recommend this particular location to anyone who needs any moving, storage, equipment etc needs .
