I have been with CCU for over 30 years. Ever since the merger it has been absolutely horrible .All the fees went up. The personalized service is just not there anymore. This bank does not care about the customer anymore.They just care about their profits.Many banks to choose with fees that are substantially less.

Crescent credit union, the only bank on the planet that doesn't help you if you're not a member. Went in to change a $10 for a roll of quarters. Teller basically told me to go pound sand as soon as she found out I wasn't a member.
