This CVS is described as a good place to pick up something quick. The pharmacy staff is noted for being wonderful and perfect, always doing what they can to solve problems with insurance. They are polite and provide A+ plus service. However, the medication line is always a wait and the location seems very busy and perhaps a bit understaffed. The parking lot is also noted as very difficult because you have to enter the plaza to get in, with a suggestion for an entrance on Route 140. A particular female manager receives high praise for being the most genuine, caring, enthusiastic, and humble person. She is noted for going above and beyond for every single customer, helping them find items, offering shopping carriages or baskets, and taking time out of a busy, hectic schedule to assist. This caring attitude from workers and managers is seen as a major plus, encouraging customer loyalty. Overall, despite some operational challenges, the staff's dedication makes a strong positive impression.
CEO need not have full service at drive thru. Inconvenient for others that just need to pick up their script. Have to wait while one car if front does their shopping while 7 plus cars wait. CEOS need to look at real world scenarios too not just profits. GO RFK Jr.

It's crystal clear that this company does not care about their customers at all.
