“Spent hour & 1/2 on phone with cable set up an appointment.,, got a call from “advanced tech” had me plug & unplug box to tell me wasn’t the box it was the tv,, placed a call to John mostly to ask charge to check, John very patiently spent time with me on phone & felt it was in fact my cable box but he would look at the tv. Packed it up & drive to the shop. John met me at door carried it into the shop, plugged it in, connected it to cable & wa la!! He was very knowledgeable, explained things clearly & patient with this technically challenged senior. 5 stars not enough!!”

“I wanted to hop on and write a review only because I noticed how bad all the other reviews were. Most of your reviews are basing it off of the mess Ines in the store, but let’s all remember that messiness is coming from us who shopped there not employees. I’ve been shopping with this location for several years. The customer service is always great. The employees are very nice. And honestly ya it’s a little messy sometimes but people need to be better with how they handle things and put things back where they go. Every time I’ve been in the store and it’s been a lot of times I see employees on the floor, folding clothes or cleaning up. Hope this review gets seen!”

“I have enjoyed going to this 7-11 to get what I needed on my way to work. The people are exceptional and at the grill they are beyond awesome especially Donna. Always going above and beyond. I'm retiring now but will always go to this 7-11 for all my needs. Thanks again 7-11 for great service!?”

“There is an employee at the Target in Somerville on Somerville Ave that really deserves the Best Employee Award. I am a vendor for a number of clients within Target. I have been to several of your stores and have never received the respect and willingness to help like I have when I go to store 1441 in Somerville and the reason is because of one young man Alessandro Mejia. Alessandro is an amazing young man, who always has a quite serene sincere smile on his face, he is incredibly knowledgeable about this store and I know this because my questions regarding any client in the store are always answered correctly and with confidence. He is definitely going places and if you’re smart you should make sure it’s up and not out! If anyone deserves to be recognized for doing above and beyond everyday it’s this incredible young man, Alessandro Mejia.”
