The plans are great, and the customer service has been better than I expected. I’ve met the friendly team there: Tim, Ash and Melinda and make a point to stop in and say hi whenever I’m passing through the mall, which is almost everyday.”
“Two days ago I went in thinking they just had electronics, but their variety really surprised me. Their prices surprised me even more. I bought a switch from them for 170.
John was great, really nice and personable. Without asking he dropped the price 10 dollars for me.
I’ll definitely be checking out what they got more often.

“My husband and I have been going to this location for a long time and believe the most knowledgeable and most helpful associate is Derek. I cannot say enough good things about him! On busier days, he is multi-taskful, trying to accommodate every customer who enters the door. At times, we have come in after work and he has stayed to help us out, no matter the issue..... even if it isn't an actual phone issue, but an app. He is always accommodating and has helped us find more affordable plans that work for our family, as well as newer phones. For those reasons, even if there was a bit of a wait, we are happy to wait patiently because we know he is committed to giving the best customer service possible while gaining customer loyalty. Most of your reviews are basing it off of the mess Ines in the store, but let’s all remember that messiness is coming from us who shopped there not employees. I’ve been shopping with this location for several years. The customer service is always great. The employees are very nice. And honestly ya it’s a little messy sometimes but people need to be better with how they handle things and put things back where they go. Every time I’ve been in the store and it’s been a lot of times I see employees on the floor, folding clothes or cleaning up. Hope this review gets seen!”

“Love Lisa and Val. Its like walking into my house when my kids and I go into the store. I chat with them, they give me a hard time (with love), listen to me complain and are so sweet to my kids. “We spent nearly 1 month with Verizon customer service on the phone trying to resolve a problem accessing our account. They were unable to resolve it and recommended visiting a Verizon corporate store for in-person help.
I scheduled an appointment and was prepared for battle. The first person was not having much luck, but I think she may have been new. Just as things were looking dire, Chris the manager stepped in and saved the day!! We were were extatic to have our problem solved. I would rate Chris with 5 stars.”
