Ridiculous service đ unprofessional takes forever 55 mins .. taking others who signed in a whole half before people who have been here a half hr before them and had no appointment.. will try and find another location asap

I donât love to leave negative reviews but I went today with my daughter and the woman who helped us (middle aged, short black hair), was condescending and had a micro aggression. I should have confronted her about it but I didnât to avoid drama. Instead, I acted like I didnât know what she was talking about.
As a healthcare worker myself (registered nurse) I was very taken aback by the question and the condescending tone of voice. Thank goodness when our labs were signed off, we were able to get another tech. Thankfully, the other tech âlooked like usâ and she wasnât condescending. She was very helpful and calm. She did great with taking my 3 year olds blood.

When to the Thayer Building Quest. Absolutely one of my worst experience with Quest. I checked in with the mobile App, to find the waiting room packed with people overflowing into the hallway. This office should be moved to a better location with a much larger waiting room and more Tech's to service the public.

Although this review will mean nothing people need to know. Even worse than a year ago. Appointments mean nothing. They double and even triple book. You still are made to wait 15-30 minutes. More often than not there is only one tech drawing blood in early AM. People that have fasting bloodwork appointments are still made to wait far longer than they should. And the check in Kiosk usually doesn't work. Noticed a lot of other one star reviews but business as usual. Absolutely unacceptable, but nothing will change. Will have to find another Lab other than Quest if there are any.

Everyone here was so caring and helpful I struggle a lot getting blood work and they all helped me so much 100% recommend coming here

I am not an easy person to get blood from. The tech took her time and was very friendly. She had to get another tech and between the both of them, they were able to get blood without me having to come back. My veins donât cooperate which makes it very difficult. I did not feel rushed. They listened to me and took their time. I would definitely go back to this location again.

Filthy. Shut this place down. I went here for a biometric screening to provide to my employer so I could reduce my health insurance cost. Thie people had no idea why I was there or what tests needed to be done. Once they figured it out they couldn't find any of the necessary tools to administer tests. Instead of weight me just asked for my info. Once I realized these people were going to stick me with a needle I left and went elsewhere. I could not imagine letting these sloppy people poke me with a needle they couldn't find in a filthy environment.

I walked into a crowded waiting room, didn't have an appointment, and was concerned that I was in for a very long wait. The check in process was quick and easy and I was pleasantly surprised to see how efficiently the phlebotomists processed the clients. I don't think I was there much more than 15 or twenty minutes, and that included the blood draw! The phlebotomist was very good and very pleasant also. Great experience!

1-star is generous. This specific location is by far the worst Quest lab I've been to. The staff is unprofessional and they kept me waiting for a long time even though I had an appointment. There was no staff at the service window and I had to knock and yell EXCUSE ME to get their attention. When I was finally called in, the lobotomist lied and said I had an outstanding balance and refused to draw my blood.

Horrible experience getting simple labs. Was not listened too . I have anxiety and I always let providers or whoever know. The woman was not gentle. Pulled the needle out so hard and diagonally. I was gushing blood. I have had severe arm pain and bruising. Will never ever go here again. I will let all I know to never go . People with no empathy should not work In healthcare.

Quest located in the Thayer Bldg. I highly suggest you make an appointment or you'll be there all day. It says "walk-in" is available but they are always super busy!
Quest located in Middleboro at the Southeast Medical Center also says "walk-ins" are welcomed, they are less busy and you won't have to wait the whole day to be seen. I also suggest if going to any Quest location, download the app and while you book your appointment you should upload your ID & insurance card(s), it makes checking in using their kiosk much smoother.
