I checked in from a text that I got from Quest after making an appointment. After 30 minutes of waiting I discovered that I was NOT checked in, and now it was too late. I had to register as a walk-in. Fortunately it was only about another 15 minutes.

Went to quest in Taunton and the lab tech Christine rocks! I’m a tough stick! She e it first try, and I didn’t feel anything! And best of all no bruise!

Positive experience. Very skilled technicians. Easy to schedule online appointment. Had to wait approximately 15 to 20 minutes before being seen.
