Went today at Dr office I sign in at 726 . 2 ppl ahead of me flab not there yet she arrived 6 min late 736. Then took the 2 I was next she took sign sheet put new one out SKIPPING ME I spoke up I was there first she told me no the sheet not my name! Yes she took it! Then says well I'm taking her so you can wait. Wow ..really? Why sign in? She's the rudest person I ever had! This was today at Taunton med/ Stewart on Washington st.i was late for work as well as my clients were now late waiting for me. She was so unprofessional. I'm disgusted

Worst customer care ever! Had to make an appointment and then wait xtra 30 minutes to PICK UP A CONTAINER FOR THE SAMPLE for the test my MD ordered for me. Then I was told I would have to make another appointment and wait again just to DROP OFF MY SAMPLE! When I complained about waiting 30 minutes past my 2pm appointment time, I was told that 5 people had 2pm appointments. This is a company without any respect for their customers. Avoid at all costs.

Extremely rude me and the baby had to use the bathroom and they have an office at the hospital but no bathroom key and couldn't even let use use their bathroom that's so wrong if you don't like people get out of people services

Worst customer care ever!! I had to make an appointment and then wait an xtra 30 minutes just to PICK UP THE SAMPLE CONTAINER for the test my MD had ordered for me. When I complained that I had to wait 25 minutes past my 2pm appointment, I was told that there were 5 people with 2pm appointments!!!! This is a Company without any respect for their customers. Avoid at all cost!

Folks are constantly overworked and understaffed here. Frustration is evident. Appointments are typically well behind whatever is scheduled and there is a lack of caring about any of it. Will drive further to another office in hopes of a better experience.

I was there 3/27 . I signed in and was putting in my insurance information one of the nurses came and said I could bypass it, because of that I got billed for it. She was rude loud and obnoxious.I didn't get her name. Wish I had.Thank good she wasn't the one who drew my blood.

The tech Diane was rough and insensitive with my toddler for his 1st blood draw. NO care or patience. She acted as if we were burdening her with the service paid for. Acted like we were an inconvenience when all they were doing was sitting around. Unprofessional. ***Do NOT recommend ***

My husband has cardiac syncope and asked to lay down for his blood draw on 10/21. The tech acted like it was a huge inconvenience, and was rough. He has a bruise, which he never gets from lab work. Don't go to this site
