“We've used several U-Hauls in the area and with one exception (Toni the manager in Raynham), they've been varying degrees of awful. This U-Haul was amazing top to bottom. Everyone knew what they were doing, they were helpful and attentive, it was clean, the equipment we wanted that was listed on the website was actually available. The price was as quoted, we were able to get in and out quickly. This is how all facilities should be.”

This location is always spotless and on point. I was helped in every step of the process from purchasing the right tow hook (my first time doing it), installing it on my truck and making sure everything worked well and was safe to use on my end (because your stuff is always safe). I was able to get my work done before end of day and it was inspected today (Monday) so the timing couldn't have been more perfect.
Thanks for all your help because the TAUNTON Location was the OPPOSITE of this place! Raynham's location is ALWAYS my go-to and for good reason!!! Keep the great work and I'm so sorry I forgot your name, but you really are the best.”
