The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about the products that they carry and they were easily able to answer all my questions to help guide me through finding my dog a new diet plan. They also gave me a few samples to try! I love the store and the staff and my big man loves his new food and treats. Hard five star rating!

I’ve been going here for over 15 years with all of my dogs and I’ve always appreciated the compassion, patience, knowledge, and care that they provide. The staff is always welcoming whenever I go in with either of my dogs and their friendliness and service is unmatched. I no longer live in Tewksbury but continue to bring my dogs there because I trust them so much and don’t care to go anywhere else! Highly recommend them if you’re local and looking for a new vet.

Two years ago after a number of tests we were convinced to have done our cat was diagnosed with terminal cancer, thankfully we didn't put her down as she's still a playful and somewhat angry cat. We have never had issues other than that one time as we're a little concerned that every time we bring a pet there they up sale services and tests and sometimes we hesitate going when our pets are having issues because of this, but unfortunately thats the way it goes.

1795 Main St, TewksburyI came into this location for the first time with my wife tonight and I just want to share the great experience we shared there. This was our first time at Jon Ryan’s even though we have been eyeing it for a while as we pass through. The environment was clean and well maintained. We both got fried clam dinners and my wife enjoyed a margarita. Our server Desiree was such a joy. She was fast, efficient, funny and made our experience so joyful and welcoming. Everything on the menu looked great and we will be back for both the food and our server 100 times over. Thank you for having us and we are looking forward to coming back.
