Tracy and her team are efficient, compassionate, safe and they do a great job...even with dogs who are a little weird. My husband and I are customers for life.

202 Tyler St Building 5, MethuenThe training for my aggressive rescue chihuahua was life-changing. We went from a dog full of anxiety and fear to a very sweet and trusting dog. I can see a huge difference in her confidence with other people and dogs. I can actually get my work done without constantly stopping to get her away from the window because there was a person or a dog or any movement outside that would send her into an uncontrollable frenzy.
Every person I met there was very knowledgeable about dogs and very kind as well. I appreciate all the training she got. She was obviously treated very well during the time she was there. My home life has been transformed by having a well behaved dog now. We life practicing commands with her and trying to find more ways to have her use her new skills.

Hidden Gem Pet Resort
202 Tyler St, MethuenI just brought my dog, freyja, to get her nails clipped. My previous groomer closed down and I was nervous about bringing her somewhere new because she hates getting her nails done, needs to be muzzled and they had grown out quite a bit. I am so happy with the job that was done, they did amazing and did the best they could to keep my girl calm. Safe to say that we found our new groomer! Thank you so much!

90 Pleasant Valley St, MethuenGranted it was Saturday evening, and Valentine's day, but they were slamming and the kitchen was having a hard time maintaining the turnover ... Hot salad plates, long wait times on bread/salad, no roms in the salad. Thankfully the server (Jasmine) was focused, pleasant and attentive. Expo ran food out to us and auctioned it all off (ugh). He platted the table and left; no pre-bus, no inquiry on refills, skipped the cheese on food... Brought it out, but never offered. Had it not been for the pleasant server, I would have been more displeased. Overall a fairly nice evening. Food was same as every OG... Weather that's good or bad. Kitchen needs help though.
