Honestly, I didn’t expect this level of service , especially from a USPS. This has been the best experience I’ve had at any branch so far.”

“Unfortunately some people may have had issues and therefore the score as well but this is the only post office in the area that’s open a little bit later on Saturdays which is super helpful if you ask me. I was helped right away, in and out on a Saturday before closing I think is a great thing!”

“It was the usual very busy Saturday afternoon at the post office and I was dreading the wait after seeing the long line. But the woman at the front kept the line moving, even while some customers can be difficult or came very unprepared, she still did it all with a smile. Also super thankful for Ryan being able to retrieve forever stamps that I was hoping to have for wedding invitations. I was worried theyd be sold out of the ones I was looking for, but he made sure to check in the back for us. I didn’t want to bother since it was a busy Saturday, but he was so quick, and we were all in and out in a timely manner! Kudos to them for handling the madness with grace.”
“This post office is somewhat small, and the location is right on a very busy street. However, the location of this post office is convenient for me because it's extremely close to where I live. Plus, the customer service is good and quick.”

I was unable to get the right box at the time and they found an even better box that fit my package perfectly and gave me a great rate. “My wife loves to loudly yell over my shoulder “do NOT throw that out! I’ll sell it. Someone could use that, it’s in great condition…practically brand new!” Which of course leads me to (almost) ask why she bought the item in the first place if we never ended up using it and now I’m here unearthing it in the attic like fossil in western Utah. THAT being left unsaid of course she sells probably 1.3 things she claims she’s going to sell. The rest end up BACK in the attic where this whole story began.
ONE of the things she sold she forgot to mail out the night before going away for a few days. The buyer was expecting it at a specified time and it needed to be mailed “tomorrow PLEASE!” I am a 50 year old man and somehow I’ve managed to dodge the Post Office for pretty much all 50 of my years. I just have a great wife that handles things like that and it’s not a place I ever need to go. So going in I had the address of where the item was going and the item itself.
I would not have known where to even begin if not for the welcoming and sincere “how can I help you today?” I was greeted with by Allison behind the counter. She walked me thru every step, explaining everything along the way in a manner that I could probably walk in next time and mail something myself! She was great. When I tell you she not only banged out every step of the process she did it happily. Just exactly what service should always be when someone is “working” somewhere. Thank you Allison. I hope you see this and you have a better day because of it. I was the clueless guy mailing the football jersey late on a Friday. ?”

“I've used this post office for years and the staff is uniformly courteous and helpful. Not sure why some of the reviews are negative. There is a long wait at peak hours (e.g. Noon) and before the holidays so they may be a bit understaffed. But that isn't the fault of the employees. They are a good bunch.”

“Plenty of parking spots outside, and space inside to prepare anything before mailing. They have friendly staff, describe possible options for mailing with patient. I found that they do have money orders to purchase, just in case if you didn’t know! ;)”
