“Mechanics often get a bad rap and some deserve it. Dave and the guys at Expert aren't that. They're excellent. I've taken multiple cars to him for repair and every time it was done right and for a very fair price. He also explains the repair and doesn't treat me like I'm an idiot.I even took one repair to him and had him tell me there was an extended warranty from Toyota on the particular failure and that I should call the dealer. It takes integrity to turn away business and put the customer first.”

After they go over your vehicle, they send you an email connected to a portal that has images, prices and the ability to select and accept work to be done. This is typically followed up with by text, or phone if you so choose, to alert you of your quote and the suggested repairs. The work was done timely and a week on, not an single issue. Once I pulled up they checked my TPMs and found one was dead and got it replaced. Got off the interstate, pulled over in a parking lot, diagnosed I had a bad tire. Call Ken here, he looked at all the options he had in stock. He had 2 of what I needed. He was willing. To send out a service truck for me. I was only a mile away, so I told him I could make it there. I explained I had a 44ft 5th wheel, he said we should be good! He met me outside, seeing me pull in! I ended up dropping my camper at the next door gas station. He jumped right on my truck had me outta there within a half hour.
