Due a broken timing chain our car needed a new engine. We had many questions, many concerns. Russ listened, took the time to explain the situation and helped us understand all that was involved. He gave us options. We were never pressured. He advised us to think it over and get back to him. We immediately felt these guys were trustworthy. They seemed to genuinely care. We are happy with the work they performed, they were extremely thorough and dependable. We are thankful we made the decision to stop at Wilmington Auto Repair and will continue to use their services. “Several months ago someone smashed my drivers side mirror off of my work van, and they left. Got the plate and insurance was going to give me a cheap replacement that didnt have defrost or electric power.
The owner at Vernons did the replacement for the cheap amount insurance approved, but they still ordered the OEM mirror assembly and ate the difference

No pressure buying process. Warranties available. No frills establishment. Flexible w/ buying options not so much on the price especially, with the year ending. Didn't experience repairs there. “Paul is an excellent, honest and trustworthy mechanic. Extremely knowledgeable with BMW's. My daughters X3 was indicating a possible transmission problem and she thought her brakes were going. Paul took it for a ride and diagnosed it and found it didn't need either. It just needed a much needed oil change and filter at a very reasonable price. I wouldn't trust anyone else with her car.”
