When they inspected the car, they found I needed new brake pads and rotors. They were able to complete the work same day and even offered to give me a ride home because I live locally. “My son had an accident in stoneham and it had to be towed . And couldn’t imagine how much it would cost because forgot to renew and it takes a week to kick in. . When I called about the towing company the person I spoke with was so nice and professional. . And I didn’t have the car so it took meet a couple of day and they worked with me. They were busy the day I wanted it towed and they were very apologetic about asked me if it was ok and I didn’t mind at all . And the gentleman that. Dropped the car off was so nice and it was first thing in the morning. I asked him for a card and would recommend them to anybody that needs a tow.

“I had a car accident on my way to work last Thursday and Demers got the call to tow my car away. I am a widow with limited finances, I don't know anyone in this area, and with no other means of transportation so, I was resigned to having to use Lyfts to get back and forth to work. My adjusted told me that I needed to contact them to go and get my plates and belongings out of my car so that it could be junked and paid off. I didn't have the money to pay for a ride to do this so, I called and spoke to them and they were so kind enough to clean out my car for me and set my belongings aside until I could get my roommate and his girlfriend to go there with her car and get my stuff. It is nice to know that, especially at this time of year, that kindness does overcome greed! I will use them in the future for any needs I have; most definately”

“Was stranded with a flat, had it all taken apart ready for the spare but the lame jack that comes with the car couldn’t pick the car up high enough to get the new tire on. Called explained the situation, they arrived within 10 minutes with a nice hydraulic floor jack and saved the day. Could not have been nicer! Very pleased with the helping hand I so badly needed!”

“I was in a car accident in January and my car had to be towed from the scene. I was kinda anxious when Woburn Police called for a tow truck, but Frank came out and was so professional and kind. And the cop asked if I had a shop in mind to tow it to and he checked with Frank to make sure if he could tow it to my friends shop, Mikes Auto Body and Frank had no problem towing it 5 mins down the road. Frank was so kind and gave me the he business card and told me if I had any issues to call. I absolutely love small shops with towing!”

“Not even an hour ago I was on the side of a busy highway with a flat tire, stressed out to the max. But once I called Manny and the guys at Sheehans towing, it felt like a bad situation got a lot better. Manny showed up with a flatbed because my car is low and was so nice and professional. Felt like I've known him forever haha. Now not even an hour later, im safe im my home and my car was towed, respectfully and without damage, to my driveway. I've never needed a tow but now if I do, im calling Sheehans!!!”
